Zoey’s favorite subject in the classroom is math, and she loves Bluffview because of the students and teachers. Zoey’s favorite activity outside of school is going to her neighbor’s to play. Zoey is the daughter of Jayme & Preston Votruba.
Isidore (Izzy) Heckman is a 6th grade student in Ms. Zahrte’s E2B classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of service when he helped Ms. Amber in the library. Izzy’s favorite activities outside of school are drawing, trying to engineer things, and reading, and he wants to be an artist, video game tester, or engineer when he grows up. Explorers of the Week
Two of the many Bluffview Montessori Students demonstrating virtuous behavior this week:
Elliot Norman is a 2nd grade student in Ms. Kiersten’s E1B classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtues of kindness and helpfulness when he stopped in the hall at the end of the day to help a preschool student zip up their raincoat. Elliot’s favorite work in the classroom is the multiplication board, and he loves Bluffview because of the works and because there are no desks. Elliot’s favorite activity outside of school is playing video games, especially Fallout 76, and he wants to be a gamer or real estate developer when he grows up. Elliot is the son of Susan Norman.
Harper Plein is a preschool student in Ms. Anna’s CH3 classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of safety consideration when she showed good safe decisions by always making sure no friends were on the slide before she slid down. Harper’s favorite work in the classroom is non-cylinders, and she loves Bluffview because she gets to see her friends. Harper’s favorite activity outside of school is playing at home, and she wants to paint nails when she grows up. Harper is the daughter of Lindsay Kammerer and Brian Plein.
