    Cookie Recital – March 23

    The Cookie Recital will be Thursday March 23 at 6 pm in the Music Room. Instrumental students will be performing solo and small ensemble selections followed by cookies and refreshments in the Rotunda. While not all students are performing, all are welcome to listen and support their classmates. If your child is not playing anything for the Cookie Recital, they are not required to be there.

    Explorers of the Week

    00010 - Bluffview Montessori School

    Two of the many Bluffview Montessori Students demonstrating virtuous behavior this week:

    Abram Gustafson is a first grade student of Ms. Mariah’s E1C classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of honesty when he explained that he misplaced a magazine.  Abram’s favorite work in the classroom is doing research posters, and he loves Bluffview because he gets to play with friends.  Abram’s favorite activities outside of school are coloring and making things.  Abram is the son of Brandon & Holly Gustafson.

    Adelai (Addie) Harvey is a 3rd grade student of Ms. Kiersten’s E1B classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of helpfulness when she carefully fixed and sorted classroom works.  Addie’s favorite work in the classroom is research, and she loves the library at Bluffview. Addie’s favorite activity outside of school is reading.  Addie is the daughter of Aleah & Chris Harvey.

    Explorers of the Week

    00199 - Bluffview Montessori School

    Two of the many Bluffview Montessori Students demonstrating virtuous behavior this week:

    Paisley Gerdes is a preschool student of Mr. Josh’s CH1 classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of cleanliness when she washed the snack dishes and dried them.  Paisley’s favorite work in the classroom is sign language cards, and she loves Bluffview because she gets to go to school with her big brother.  Paisley’s favorite activity outside of school is playing with her big brother.  Paisley is the daughter of Justin & Melissa Gerdes.

    Faye Mauser is a preschool student of Mr. Josh’s CH1 classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtues of cleanliness and helpfulness when she cleaned up the floor mess of a fellow student.  Faye’s favorite work in the classroom is making book markers, and she loves Bluffview because she sees her sister on the playground. Faye’s favorite activity outside of school is playing with her mom.  Faye is the daughter of Meghan Booth & Jonathan Mauser.

    Explorers of the Week

    00161 1 - Bluffview Montessori School

    Two of the many Bluffview Montessori Students demonstrating virtuous behavior this week:

    Lorelei Macon is a 7th grade student of the Erdkinder classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of confidence when she explained the scavenger hunt rules to everyone during the parent’s night out event.  Lorelei’s favorite subject in the classroom is science, and she loves Bluffview because of the independence and freedom given to students.  Lorelei’s favorite activities outside of school are sports, especially volleyball and karate, and church group activities.  Lorelei is the daughter of Janet & Scott Macon.

    Levi Burda is a 3rd grade student of Ms. Amy’s E1A classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtues of respect and integrity when he reminded others that it was silent sketch time.  Levi’s favorite work in the classroom is test tubes, and he loves Bluffview because it is the best school ever. Levi’s favorite activity outside of school is playing with legos.  Levi is the son of Craig & Kira Burda.
