Two of the many Bluffview Montessori Students demonstrating virtuous behavior this week:
Delaney is a 4th grade student in Ms. Johnson’s E2C classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of compassion when she stopped the field Gaba ball game to check on a classmate who had fallen in the middle of the field. When Delaney is not in school, some of her favorite hobbies are painting and reading. Her favorite part about Bluffview Montessori is that “we do not have to sit at desks and we can move around.” When she grows up, Delaney wants to be a teacher. Delaney is the daughter of Drew and Amy Althoff.
Kane is also a 4th grade student in Ms. Johnson’s E2C classroom who was recognized this week for displaying the virtue of courtesy when he helped another student pick up the things they dropped. Kane’s favorite class is math, and his favorite hobbies are hockey and playing on his iPad. When he is older, Kane wants to be a cop, firefighter, or babysitter. Kane is the son of Greg and Elizabeth Martinka.
