Bluffview families,

We are seeking feedback from you as we prepare for a safe, full-time return for all of our students in the fall for School Year 2021-22. This is a federal requirement of any school that is to utilize American Rescue Plan dollars.

Last year we had put together a large plan called the “Bluffview COVID-19 Restart Blueprint.” This was a large, detailed plan including cleaning/sanitation, communication, visitors, face coverings, etc. It has been on our website since it was finished, and updated as time has allowed during the last year.

Over the course of this summer, that plan will undergo numerous changes as we move forward. It will remain the document that guides our actions as we strive to offer the safest possible school environment both in general terms and specifically relative to Covid-19. This new plan is to be titled the “Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan for SY 2021-22.”

Please take a few moments and fill out the  Safe Return Survey as we begin to update our “Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan for SY 2021-22.” Only the first question is required, but please answer more.

Here is a summary of the results: Safe Return Survey Summary 8_21

The Safe Return to In-Person Learning Fall 2021 Plan is in effect as of Monday, August 30.  This includes universal indoor masking for all people entering the building during classroom instructional hours and after school care hours (7:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), including teachers, staff, students, and visitors to schools, regardless of vaccination status.  Masks are not required for those with disabilities or special health needs.
