The Safe Return to In-Person Learning Fall 2021 Bluffview is in effect as of Monday, August 30.  This includes universal indoor masking for all people entering the building during classroom instructional hours and after school care hours (7:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), including teachers, staff, students, and visitors to schools, regardless of vaccination status.  Masks are not required for those with disabilities or special health needs.

It is a federal requirement of any school that is to utilize American Rescue Plan dollars to seek feedback regarding our Safe Return to In Person Learning Plan for 2021-22.

Last year we had put together a large plan called the “Bluffview COVID-19 Restart Blueprint.” This was a large, detailed plan including cleaning/sanitation, communication, visitors, face coverings, etc. It has been on our website since it was finished, and updated as time has allowed during the last year.  It will remain the document that guides our actions as we strive to offer the safest possible school environment both in general terms and specifically relative to Covid-19. The new plan is titled the “Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan for SY 2021-22.”

In August 2021, the Safe Return Survey was sent to parents to help as we began to update our “Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan for SY 2021-22.” Here is a summary of the results: Safe Return Survey Summary 8_21
